A company is looking for an Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate loan applications and assess risk factors

Analyze financial documents and credit reports to make informed decisions

Collaborate with loan officers and other stakeholders to facilitate the underwriting process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field

Experience in underwriting or a related financial role

Knowledge of lending guidelines and regulations

Proficiency in underwriting software and financial analysis tools

Certifications such as Certified Residential Underwriter (CRU) are a plus
