Project Manager – Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels (Broward & Palm Beach Counties)

We are a fast-paced, high-volume remodeling contractor serving Broward and Palm Beach Counties, specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations.

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from initial site measurements through final completion.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing multiple projects while maintaining excellent client communication and job site oversight.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple kitchen and bathroom remodels
• Perform accurate on-site measurements and help translate project scopes into actionable plans
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
• Ensure jobs stay on track, on time, and within budget
• Maintain regular communication with clients and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee job site progress, cleanliness, safety, and quality control
• Track project status, schedules, and documentation using construction management tools and CRM platforms
• Complete final walkthroughs and ensure punch lists are resolved efficiently Requirements :
• 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling project management (kitchen & bath focus preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes specific to Broward and Palm Beach Counties
• Proficient in using CRM systems and digital project management tools
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents and take detailed field measurements
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred :
• Background in carpentry or construction trades
• OSHA certification or equivalent
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus Compensation & Benefits :
