We are conducting a search for a Legal Personal Assistant for the vibrant Century City office at a leading global Am Law 100 firm. This hybrid role (3 days / week in office), has a competitive salary and is a fantastic opportunity to support a partner in the Funds and Asset Management practice .
Step into a dynamic environment where you'll be the right hand to a partner, offering concierge-level support and managing a variety of critical tasks including deal / matter coordination and client events.
Key Responsibilities :
Document Support : Prepare client documentation and correspondence with precision and professionalism.
Business Development : Coordinate client events, maintain event calendars, update databases, and compile briefing packets to support growth.
Financial Coordination : Prepare and manage invoices and expense claims to ensure seamless financial operations.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience : At least 15 years in a secretarial role within a global law firm.
Specialization : Background in Funds and Asset Management is a big plus.
Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Technical Skills : Proficiency with iManage and 3E Elite is advantageous.
Flexibility : Ability to work on-site 3 days a week.
