A company is looking for a Head of Product Formulation & Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product pipeline by developing new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential and global compliance

Lead formulation strategy by collaborating with labs, scientists, and manufacturers to deliver innovative products

Oversee testing, quality assurance, and regulatory reviews to ensure formulations meet high standards across key markets

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience developing top-selling products in the supplement or natural health space

Deep knowledge of formulation science and ingredient synergy

Understanding of global compliance frameworks (FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA, etc.)

Fluency in product-market fit with a commercial mindset

Strong curiosity and attention to detail in product development
