Senior Data Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead a global data enablement team, setting goals and mentoring team members

Manage technical projects and troubleshoot existing functionalities while ensuring alignment with community needs

Develop scalable data architectures and pipelines to support advanced analytics and reporting

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in data engineering or information security

5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams

5+ years of experience with modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala

3+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Experience with Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of data governance and security protocols
