• 7-day coverage needed split into two 3-4 day blocks
• 14 - 20 patients per day outpatient plus 0 - 2 inpatient admissions daily
• Outpatient mix : 30% adolescents, 40% pediatrics, 20% newborns
• Inpatient care focused on newborn rounds and c-section attendance
• 220 deliveries annually
• Newborn stabilization required circumcisions preferred
• NRP and PALS certifications required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
