Schedule Day shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM. Job Description The Registered Nurse in the MS / Tele specialty will provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Provide nursing care in a Med / Surg Telemetry unit. Monitor and assess patient conditions, including ECG rhythms. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families regarding care and health management. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience. A valid, current OHIO nursing license or compact state license in hand. AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required; must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start. One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required for submission.
