Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality care for residents.
• Support and guide nursing staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive environment focused on resident well-being and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
