Senior Vice President, Southeast Division

We are currently looking for a Senior Vice President to manage the Southeast Division for Business Development and Financial Advisor recruiting within the region. Not only will you lead an elite team of external sales professionals, but you will also lead strategic initiatives within Business Development that will help us target, attract and win business. As an SVP of the firm, you will be able to operate remotely, but should be based in close proximity to the assigned territory for efficient travel coverage.

Requirements :
Pay Range : $284,000.00-$473,400.00 / year
The pay salary range is inclusive of base salary and potential sales incentive compensation based upon the applicable incentive compensation plan for this position. Base salary is determined on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Incentive compensation is dependent on achievement of goals set forth in the incentive compensation plan.
