PINK HOUSE POSITION PURPOSE : Provides speech screenings to children. Refers children and their parents to community agencies and professionals as appropriate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Performs speech screenings for children ages 2.5 -5.11 years
• Assists in the coordination of Child Find and referral process
• Works with community agencies to provide services / programs to meet needs of children inside / outside of the school environment.
• Cooperates with school personnel in identifying and meeting social, emotional, and physical needs of children.
• Compiles data and prepares various reports and records required by the school, district, and / or other agencies.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES : Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Director of School Readiness, Chief Instructional Services Officer, Superintendent or other district office administrator as designated by the Superintendent.
