We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, including GM vehicles and diesel engines.
• Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to facilitate repairs and maintenance.
• Execute alignment services and powertrain repairs with precision.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including auto estimating for customer transparency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Skills
• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical systems, transmissions, and welding techniques.
• Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus.
• Proficient in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently using both hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
