Role Overview

The Occupancy Planner will join our Occupancy Planning and Management team to successfully manage client space requirements gather and evaluate business information occupancy data and real estate market data. This role provides critical support for strategic planning presentations and real estate reporting for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Space Management & Planning

• Track analyze and update space data to develop scenario and occupancy plans for client portfolios
• Pull plans from space data management systems and analyze space utilization data
• Understand space allocation principles and maximize space efficiency
• Develop space planning and block diagrams to support client needs
• Provide key data points for presentations and outline pros & cons between options

Client Collaboration & Relationship Management
