Lead Kitchen Technician

Starting Pay Rate : $21.00 hourly

Sunrise Shift 10pm-7am

Keep kitchen equipment and cleaning machines in top-notch condition! Perform preventative maintenance and repairs, tackling both minor and major fixes with enthusiasm. Disassemble and clean kitchen equipment and surrounding areas, ensuring everything shines and complies with NFPA 96 and ANSI / IKECA I10-2015 regulations. Your dedication to maintaining a pristine and efficient kitchen environment will make a huge difference!

What does a Lead Kitchen Technician do?

• Troubleshooting and repairing various cleaning equipment and cleaning machine malfunctions and repair or replace broken components.
• Unhook gas lines to kitchen equipment stoves, ovens, fryers, etc. Move equipment as necessary so area is accessible to clean thoroughly.
• Use appropriate kitchen cleaners, thoroughly clean equipment inside and out, clean surrounding areas; walls, floors, return equipment to its original location, and inspect equipment / gas lines to ensure proper working order.
