The VNA Health Group is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (30 hour work week) to join our dedicated team covering Elizabeth, Jersey City and parts of Englewood.

Responsibilities

• Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers

• Delivers a high level of customer service to assure positive patient experience

• Completes comprehensive nutritional evaluations on all identified patients per VNAHG policy

• Communication is maintained among team members as well as patient and care givers to ensure ability to implement nutrition plan of care

• Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies

• Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance

Qualifications

• BS in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

• Experience with culturally diverse population

• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills

• Computer experience preferred

• Valid drivers license

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, use of phone and tablet for documentation

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $60,000.00 to USD $110,000.00. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
