Bilingual On-Site Recruiting & Onboarding Lead (Seasonal)

Join LSI Staffing as a Bilingual On-Site Recruiting & Onboarding Lead (Seasonal).

The pay range for this position is $21.00 / hr - $21.00 / hr.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onsite assistant with candidate screening
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation logistics
  • Maintain accurate records and daily hiring metrics
  • Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking candidates
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience in recruiting or staffing (preferred not required)
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work 10–12 hours / day, 7 days / week for the full 6-week period
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
