What You’ll Own and Lead:

• Drive strategy, territory growth, and revenue results
  
• Inspire and train canvassing/sales teams to dominate

• Recruit, hire, and train your all-star team
  
• Streamline systems, enforce standards, and boost profitability
  
• Coach and develop managers and crews to outperform
  
• Partner with ownership to align on company vision and goals
  
• Negotiate contracts and drive new business

What You Bring to the Table:

• 10+ years in residential roofing leadership
  
• Proven success coaching canvassing teams
  
• Strong sales, negotiation, and team-building skills
  
• KPI-focused with solid reporting/Excel experience
  
• Hands-on leader-comfortable both on the roof and in meetings
  
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel as needed
