Job Description

As a Security Professional - Industrial Dispatch Full-Time in Newport News, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in monitoring alarm panels, managing access control and badge systems, and utilizing computer or tablet technology to support security-related operations. Your presence and communication skills will help to deter incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
