Health Plan Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Health Plan Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Support existing provider data operations and new market implementations as a member of the Health Partner Lifecycle team

Perform disruption analysis and develop performance improvement initiatives for provider data quality

Coordinate provider network data management, develop database structures, and create reports as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required

Minimum of one year of data analysis experience or experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Managed care experience is preferred

Proficient in data analysis and analytics / reporting tools

Demonstrates SQL capabilities and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
