Overview
Our client is a fee-only wealth management firm seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to support our advisors and deliver a high-touch client experience. This role is a core part of our advisory operations team and is ideal for someone with prior experience in wealth management, brokerage, trust, or investment advisory environments .
The Client Service Associate works closely with financial advisors and internal partners to manage client service workflows, oversee onboarding and account maintenance, and ensure exceptional service throughout the client lifecycle.
Salary : $60,000+ DOE
Location : Eugene, Oregon
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests, coordinating closely with financial advisors
- Support advisors with ongoing client servicing, including account maintenance, documentation, and follow-up
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and a smooth transition
- Manage and maintain client records, documentation, and CRM data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate internally to resolve client inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Assist with preparation of client materials, reports, and meeting follow-ups
- Track service requests and ensure timely resolution and communication
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow through to completion
- Contribute to a consistent, high-quality client experience that supports retention and long-term relationships
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in wealth management, brokerage, trust, investment advisory, or related financial servicesStrong understanding of client service processes in an advisory or financial services environmentExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven settingStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional, client-focused demeanor with the ability to build trust and rapportProficiency with CRM systems and financial services technology (experience with advisory platforms a plus)High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentialitySelf-starter with strong follow-through and accountabilityBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredCurrent Notary or willingness to obtain (at company expense)Benefits
