Director, Revenue Operations (ROPS)
The Director, Revenue Operations (ROPS) is responsible for operational oversight and strategic planning for revenue cycle teams and related activities. Builds revenue cycle teams, analyzes their performance, identifies trends, communicates results, and improves process performance impacting the revenue cycle. Determines opportunities for improvement and facilitates process improvement to affect change in order to achieve revenue cycle best practices and ensure consistency and compliance with DaVita policies and state and federal regulations. Overall focus is on supporting ROPS in its mission to enable the Village to give life, and to achieve its vision of being a trusted village neighborhood and world class revenue partner. This position reports to the VP-Revenue Management.

Bachelor's degree in related field required, Master's degree preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience required
Ability to meet goals individually and in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to motivate others and build commitment to our ROPS Mission and Vision in order to execute necessary tasks and achieve goals
Ability to read and interpret an extensive variety of documents such as contracts, claims, instructions, policies, and procedures
Experience with strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives
Increasing levels of senior leadership responsibility in healthcare revenue operations
Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle (ex : Patient Intake, Billing, Collections, etc.)

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $146,000.00 - $215,000.00 / year.
