Baesman Group, a nationally recognized marketing services provider of direct-to-consumer and in-store marketing strategy and execution, is seeking a Kitting & Assembly Lead for our 2nd shift operation to assist the K&A Manager in ensuring production deadlines are met, quality standards are maintained, and company policies are followed. This role includes coordinating workflow, monitoring team performance, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Daily Production Schedule to Meet Client Deadlines:

o Plan, coordinate, and oversee kitting & assembly tasks to ensure production schedules are met.

o Monitor workflow and adjust team assignments as needed to maintain efficiency.

o Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available to meet deadlines.

o Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize throughput.

Meet Target Production Speeds:

o Operate assigned equipment in the K&A area to meet or exceed production targets and deadlines.

o Ensure consistent production speeds and effectively manage downtime to optimize workflow and minimize delays.

o Follow all data collection processes to ensure accurate tracking of production metrics

Ensure Quality Expectations Are Achieved For Each Project:

o Inspect kits and assembled products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.

o Train team members on proper assembly techniques and quality control procedures.

o Address defects or inconsistencies and implement corrective actions as needed.

o Maintain documentation of quality inspections and report recurring issues.

Adhere to Administrative Policies and Company Handbook:

o Follow and enforce all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.

o Maintain accurate production records, including job tracking and material usage.

o Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

o Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to address production needs.

Complete Other Duties As Assigned:

o Assist in training new team members and developing team skills.

o Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.

o Operate and maintain assembly and kitting equipment as needed.

o Perform other tasks assigned by management to support additional production needs within the plant.

o Participate in assigned training and skill development programs.
