What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Document and report any suspicious activity, incidents, or maintenance issues observed during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

Collaborate with local authorities and emergency responders as needed during critical situations.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions and provide reassurance to employees, visitors, and / or the public.

Minimum Requirements :

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
