Overview
The Service Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for all incoming calls to Peak Wash Solutions. This role is responsible for routing calls accurately, entering service leads into SAP, and supporting outbound efforts to identify service opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and proactive, capable of working well with a team while staying productive independently.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Capture and accurately enter service-related leads and inquiries into SAP.
- Support outbound efforts to identify potential service opportunities with existing or prospective customers.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Peak Wash Solutions’ departments, team roles, products, and services to ensure proper call handling and lead assignment.
- Track and update customer records, lead statuses, and follow-ups in SAP.
- Follow up on open or unassigned service leads and assist with customer outreach as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to support customer needs and improve communication.
- Take initiative to find productive work during slower periods, such as updating records or assisting with lead management tasks.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with customers and internal team members.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or business / technical coursework .1–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field.Strong phone communication skills and a professional demeanor.Experience with SAP or a similar CRM system .Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Self-starter with the ability to stay engaged and identify work during slower times.
