Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategy for onboarding influential creators to build successful subscription businesses

Own key growth metrics around creator acquisition, retention, revenue, and engagement

Build and deepen relationships with creators, talent managers, and industry stakeholders to expand the company's presence

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in creator partnerships, talent development, business development, or editorial

Proven success in leading and scaling teams in fast-paced environments

Deep empathy for creators and understanding of their challenges and opportunities

Robust network within the creator economy, including relationships with top creators and agencies

Exceptional understanding of the Spanish creator market
