IMPORTANT : This is a HARDWARE support position for electronic products and field installations - NOT an IT / computer support role.
Position Summary
We're seeking an Electronic Product Support Specialist to provide phone-based technical support for our electronic hardware products and field installations. You'll spend 98% of your time on the phone troubleshooting electro-mechanical devices, testing returned equipment, and supporting customers with product installations and service issues.

Work Environment
This is a hands-on technical support role requiring phone interaction with customers, testing of physical electronic products, and occasional field support. You must be comfortable working with hardware, tools, and electronic testing equipment.
