Overview

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening in our Miami, Orlando, or Tallahassee offices for a Trial Readiness Paralegal with a minimum of five years of experience. This position will be a resource for multiple practice groups. The successful candidate will also possess experience in e-discovery, as well as familiarity with federal and state filings.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource for multiple practice groups.
  • Provide trial readiness support and contribute to e-discovery activities as needed.
  • Maintain familiarity with federal and state filings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of paralegal experience, preferably in trial readiness or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, including strong proofreading and drafting abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain effective organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
