The Opportunity

As the Manager, Marketing Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director, Marketing Strategy in driving Sephora's marketing priorities and strategic initiatives. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, manage and track high-impact projects, and help ensure the operational excellence of Sephora's marketing organization. This position sits at the heart of Sephora's US Marketing organization, serving as both a strategic partner and operational backbone for the CMO and marketing leadership.

Responsibilities

Marketing Budget & Operations Support

• Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and reconciliation of marketing budgets in close partnership with Finance and budget owners
• Support the annual marketing budget process, ensuring accuracy and alignment across budget lines
• Track spend against marketing objectives, deliver regular budget updates, and work closely with budget owners and finance
• Ensure operational excellence across marketing budget processes, identifying and implementing opportunities for efficiency

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00- $128,250.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
