A leading building materials manufacturer is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive growth throughout the Northern Kentucky market. This role focuses on expanding relationships with distributors and contractors, developing new business, and promoting a full line of metal roofing panels, trim, and building components.
Responsibilities
- Grow sales within assigned territory by targeting distributors, contractors, and key accounts.
- Prospect and secure new customers through jobsite visits, networking, and regular travel.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to increase product usage and repeat business.
- Provide product expertise and support for metal roofing, panels, trim, and accessories.
- Collaborate with inside sales and operations to ensure accurate orders and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and forecast territory performance.
- Represent the company at trade shows and contractor events.
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience in building materials, construction products, or related fields.Strong relationships with contractors or distribution partners preferred.Knowledge of metal roofing or exterior building products is a plus.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage a large territory with regular travel (5070%).Compensation
