Job Title : Plumbing Designer
Job Description

As a Plumbing Designer, you will work with top architects, contractors, and facility owners across various markets, including education, healthcare, research, institutional, multi-family, and mixed-use. Responsibilities
Design plumbing systems, including domestic hot and cold water, sanitary waste and vent, storm water, and various specialty systems.
Collaborate across disciplines to drive project success.
Develop practical solutions using strong problem-solving skills.
Use BIM tools such as AutoCAD and Revit to ensure quality and efficiency.
Manage multiple projects, milestones, and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
Mentor and delegate to support team growth.
Balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.
Embrace continuous learning and professional development.
Essential Skills
4+ years of experience in plumbing system design.
Associates of Applied Science or similar relevant education.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Self-driven, adaptable, and team-oriented.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in HVAC design.
Plumbing / fire protection knowledge.
Possession of a PE license is a significant advantage.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00 / yr.
