Job Summary and Responsibilities

Are you a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist ready to directly impact patient recovery? We're seeking a skilled professional to provide hands-on patient evaluation, treatment, and education, driving maximum functional independence.

In this vital role, you will :

• Evaluate & Plan :  Conduct thorough patient and family interviews, perform assessments, and develop measurable, personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver & Adapt :  Administer prescribed therapies, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust care for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate & Lead :  Oversee PTAs / Technicians, actively participate in interdisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with physicians and colleagues.
• Document & Comply :  Maintain meticulous records, meet productivity standards, and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
• Educate & Empower :  Provide essential patient and caregiver education for lasting success.
• Be Prepared :  Respond swiftly to emergencies.

This is a direct patient care role focused on hands-on impact.

Shift : Monday - Friday 8am - 4 : 30pm

Pay Range

$42.99 - $63.95 / hour
