• 24 hour call - out of house coverage
• Newborn nursery 1-3 patients per day
• Pediatric floor 0-1 patients per day
• Other setting
• Level I nursery procedures required
• Daily rounding and on call for callbacks
• NRP and PALS certification required
• Complicated cases transferred immediately
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
