JOB DESCRIPTION :

Occupational Therapist

Min 3 years of experience.

Mostly outpatient clinic. Mostly Ortho, but need to be able to do it all including peds.

Dilkon, AZ

BLS (AHA) and AZ OT License,

40hrs / wk guaranteed

Shift : Open to 4x10s or 8x5s whichever candidate prefers.

Start Date : November start dates
