Job descriptionOperate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine production tasks , including filling, packing, labeling, assembling, and inspecting products. Maintain accurate production records and logs in compliance with FDA , GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) , and ISO9000 standards. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and quality standards. Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed. Report issues or irregularities to the Team Lead or Supervisor promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Required : High School Diploma or GED. Previous manufacturing or production experience strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Ability to read, write, and interpret English instructions and specifications. Basic math skills and ability to complete accurate production documentation. Effective communication skills and teamwork mindset. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts , including weekends as scheduled. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and responsibilities.
Machine Operator (1st Shift – Rotating Schedule)
Pay : $19.50 / hour
Location : Columbus Nebraska 68601
Schedule : Full-Time | 1st Shift | 6 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 00 p.m. | Rotating Schedule
About the Role :
We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team in Columbus Nebraska 68601 . This position operates on a rotating 12-hour schedule and offers hands-on experience in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment. If you have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and prior manufacturing experience, we want to hear from you!
Pay & Schedule :
- Pay Rate : $19.50 / hour
- Shift : 1st Shift (C Shift) | 6 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 00 p.m.
- Rotating Schedule :
- Long Weekend : Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Short Weekend : Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
