Assistant Manager Position

Dunkin' is hiring an Assistant Manager immediately and would love to meet you!

Job Description :

  • Maintaining operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC
  • Be people-focused and provide high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction
  • Hire, train, and retain a motivated, successful workforce
  • Supervise and communicate ideas and expectations clearly
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of proper budgeting and cost control practices
  • Ability to build profitable top-line sales

    • Previous experiences in retail and at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle and Panera Bread are an asset!

  • Friendly and upbeat personality
  • Team player with a desire to learn
  • Experience managing a food establishment preferred but not required
  • Understanding of food safety systems, ServSafe certification is a plus
