The Dietitian will work closely with medical staff, nursing teams, and families to provide expert nutrition care to pediatric patients across various units. Key Responsibilities : Assess the nutritional needs of pediatric patients and develop individualized care plans. Monitor patients' progress and adjust diet plans based on medical conditions and growth requirements. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff as part of a multidisciplinary care team. Educate patients and families on nutrition plans, dietary restrictions, and healthy eating habits. Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the patient's medical record. Participate in hospital rounds and care conferences as needed. Support food service operations to ensure appropriate patient meal selections. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
