Kinney Construction Services, Inc. (Kinney) is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Construction Operations to join our Employee-Owned organization. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of our company by overseeing both pre-construction and operational aspects of projects. Your expertise will drive the successful execution of projects, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of excellence. This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Operational Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of professionals and provide strategic direction and leadership, ensuring seamless project execution from conception to completion. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
• Team Collaboration & Innovation : Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting cross-functional cooperation and communication between teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining safety standards.
