3M is seeking Maintenance Mechanic candidates to join our team in Rockland, MA!

• Starting Pay : $34.52 / hour + shift differentials
• 2nd Shift (Monday- Friday 2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm) Shift Differential amount : $1.00 / hour
• 3rd Shift (Monday-Friday 10 : 00pm-6 : 30am) Shift Differential amount : $2.00 / hour
• New hires start with 3 weeks paid vacation

The starting rate of pay for this position is $31.52 per hour with the potential to reach $35.99 per hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
