About The Role

The Health and Safety Manager partners with plant leadership, frontline teams, and the Senior Health and Safety Manager to strengthen a proactive safety culture. This role ensures regulatory compliance, leads key safety programs, and serves as the primary on-site resource for all health and safety initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

Safety Leadership & Culture :

• Champion a safety-first culture by engaging with employees, supervisors, and plant leadership to embed safe work practices into daily operations.
• Partner with plant leadership and the Senior Health and Safety Manager to develop and implement safety programs that align with company goals and regulatory requirements.

What We Are Looking For

A bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field is preferred. Three to five years of health and safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard assessments, and safety program implementation is essential. Experience in conducting incident investigations, root cause analysis, and developing corrective actions is required.
