Family Practice - Without OB Physician

DESCRIPTION : Looking for FP / outpatient physicians to provide locums coverage in Guttenberg, IA. The physician will primarily cover clinic M-F. It is a typical rural healthcare environment. May have to assist in the ER should it become busy. Average 1 patient per day in the ER. The physician will also cover the inpatient census, average 1-2 patients per day with APP support.

• Dates of Coverage : ASAP - ongoing
• M-Th 8am to 5pm Fr 8am to 12pm Clinic.
• Call Schedule : 1 night per week 5pm to 8am ER call from home. We have a house located on campus if they wish to stay. (Call ratio 1 : 5)

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified IM or FM - Required
• Active IA license or IMLC - Required
• ACLS, BLS - Required only if performing sedation
• COVID vaccine - Required, note at time of name clear
• Note if provider is interested in locum, locum to perm, or perm
