Minimum Qualifications :

2+ years of management experience, ideally in a food service, retail, or hospitality environment.

Proven track record in leadership, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Excellent communication skills-able to connect with your team, customers, and senior leadership.

Financial savvy, with experience managing budgets, sales, and controlling costs.

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Dunkin' staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
