Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Registered Nurse to work in our Medical / Surgical department. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients recovering from surgery, dealing with acute illnesses, or managing chronic conditions. As part of a dynamic team, you will deliver nursing care while adhering to the highest standards of safety and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medical and surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying and reporting any changes to the physician or charge nurse.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions, medications, and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, physical therapists, dietitians, and social workers, to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards.
