Revenue Operations Manager

The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita's revenue cycle, and in collaboration with teams across the company, to grow DaVita's revenue and improve bottom-line performance.

Essential Functions :

• Strong leadership foundation with experience coaching, leading, and training Analysts to grow their skillsets.
• Ability to manage request inventory with strong ability to manage stakeholders, provide proactive communication, prioritize appropriately, and meet targeted deadlines.
• Experience with Tableau development and strong data visualization understanding to support developing meaningful analytical insights.
• Ability to challenge the status quo to identify and support transformative change.
• Strong foundational business / revenue cycle knowledge to support problem-solving ability.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. Salary / Wage Range $82,000.00 - $121,000.00 / year If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. Washington Exempt : $77,968.80 / year Washington Non-exempt : Bellingham : $17.66 / hour Burien : $21.16 / hour Unincorporated King County : $20.29 / hour Renton : $20.90 / hour Seattle : $20.76 / hour Tukwila : $21.10 / hour Remainder of Washington state : $16.66 / hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
