Banko Overhead Doors is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Garage Door Installation Territory Lead to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing a crew of garage door installers, training, job checks, and other day-to-day processes directly related to the installation of garage doors.  The ideal candidate for this job has excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, as well as a passion for teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Perform garage door installation and service when assigned.
• Directly supervise the team of garage door installers.

Set job-specific expectations and hold associates accountable.

Train new hires on proper installation and service processes.

Ensure installers are updated in new products, policies and procedures.

Check in with builders on scheduling and expectations.

Resolve issues in the field with installations.

Check paperwork daily for completeness.

Compensation details : 62500-65000 Yearly Salary
