Deliver exceptional customer service to existing clients through phone, email, and in-office interactions.
Accurately document all client communication, policy updates, and service requests within our CRM system.
Process endorsements, payments, renewals, policy changes, and general account servicing tasks.
Proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution of requests.
Assist prospects who call in by gathering information and supporting the quoting process.
Identify cross-sell and coverage review opportunities and refer them appropriately.
Utilize agency workflows and automation tools to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain organized client files and uphold agency documentation standards.
Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming office environment.
Participate in training and development to improve product knowledge and system proficiency.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital workflows.
Positive, coachable, and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Professional demeanor when interacting with clients in person and over the phone.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
Property & Casualty license preferred (or ability and willingness to obtain if required).
