As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team in driving the seamless operation and maintenance of a campus consisting of data centers and office space. Your mission? To ensure everything runs like clockwork-efficiently, safely, and sustainably.

This role is part of our Facilities Management function, where we go beyond the basics. You'll be at the heart of asset operations, collaborating closely with vendors, Property Managers and landlords to deliver exceptional service and performance across the board.

What You'll Do :

• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance performed by vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital and operating projects.
• Manage all aspects of budget development, implementation and monitoring.
• Perform facility inspections, following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
• Provide formal supervision for employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence stakeholders to achieve consensus.
• Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be apparent in existing systems and processes.
