Do you want to help people solve problems? You will be the face of the company to help families and individuals solve junk and moving problems. You will be key to build relationships with clients, commercial companies, non-profits (we provide free moves to Domestic Violence victims), and community events!

The sales position at COLLEGE HUNKS MOVING is also responsible for networking with local businesses and apartment complexes to help grow leads and partnerships. Transportation is provided. Compensation for this position is a base rate plus unlimited commission.

The sales position at COLLEGE HUNKS MOVING is also responsible for networking with local businesses and apartment complexes to help grow leads and partnerships. You will work with clients for moves and then build strategic partnerships with local companies such as; apartment complexes, storage unit complexes, restoration companies, schools, call centers, law firms, large corporations, etc. You will be the single focus point for driving relationships across the community. He will be a part of the management team and will be influential in driving key decisions for the company.

Office hours will be from 9 AM to 2 PM Monday through Friday. This will be perfect for stay-at-home parents. Come join our family company. Veteran and locally owned.

We will hire based on personality and potential, not experience. We are looking for a hard charger, proactive, self-driven and a leader. We are looking for someone who can grow with our growing business.

Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations. In this role, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or another related field is preferred, but not required. We hire on personality not experience.
  • A minimum of one year of business, management, sales or other relevant experience is preferred
  • Demonstrate understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
  • Demonstrate the ability of consistently meeting and / or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
  • Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
  • Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills
  • Understanding of and commitment to customer service and the COLLEGE HUNKS MOVING core values
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
  • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record

Provide professional and accurate move consultations.

  • Follow up with the customer until they have scheduled our services.
  • Recommend alternate services and / or products based on cost, availability or customer specifications.
  • Assist in the achievement of financial goals and objectives by continually increasing sales and minimizing expenses.
  • Collaborate with General Manager and Franchise Partner to increase residential and commercial move revenue and develop strategic relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing, and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of COLLEGE HUNKS MOVING and effectively oppose any customer objections.
  • Giving back to the community by donating two meals to Feeding Children Everywhere for every job we complete.
