Work Schedule : M-F, very light call

Scheduled Hours : 40, 36 clinical / 4 admin, 4 day work week available

• Busy, collegial practice of 3 physicians and 2 APRN, 1 : 1 provider to support staff model
• Seeking additional provider due to growth / demand

• 36 Patient Hours / Week, 4 admin time, four-day work week available
• 16-20ppd with light, shared phone-call responsibilities with regional group
• EMR : EPIC, AI scribe service imbedded
• Academic / Clinical Affiliate of Yale University School of Medicine
• Charming village, minutes to the ocean / beaches, accessibility to New Haven metro area
• 20 days PTO, 6 paid holidays, 5 sick days, 5 days CME with stipend
• Base Salary $290K+, two-year guarantee, generous sign-on bonus, wRVU bonus plan, Quality Bonuses, retirement plans, relocation expenses, up to $80K in student loan reimbursement
