Licensed and Insured Experience in home modifications or accessibility projects Ability to create clear, itemized bids and understand project costs Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and own tools / equipment Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship Familiarity with ADA compliance and accessibility standards (preferred)
