Job Description

Manage all aspects of light industrial construction projects, from initiation to completion. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment on project goals. Oversee on-site construction activities to maintain safety standards and quality assurance. Address and resolve project-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and budgets. Prepare and present project updates, reports, and forecasts to senior management and clients. Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and industry standards. Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth.
