Job descriptionDevelop, Implement and maintain talent acquisition channels, Internet tools and social media platforms for recruiting and diversity initiatives. Continuously evolve a sourcing process along with pipeline specific sourcing frameworks, talent acquisition channels and candidate relationship efforts. Develop, Implement and maintain sourcing effectiveness metrics, preferred vendor evaluations and assessments and consult with Talent Acquisition Managers and Recruiters on optimal resources. Negotiate agreements, partner with Procurement and maintain directory of partners. Provide sourcing tools and training to include ROI measures. Expand the use of Web 2.0 Channels for recruiting. Review performance of Channel strategy and assist in the creation of appropriate budgets and business case for continued investment.
Our client, a leading apparel and sporting goods manufacturing company, is looking for an Athlete Recruiter. This is for an initial duration of 6 months and is located in Beaverton, OR.
Job Type : Contract (Candidates must be able to work on W2 without VISA sponsorship)
Requirement :
- Candidates must be teachable & willing to learn
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must have good communication (will primarily be communicating with store leaders)
- Workday experience would be nice
- Entry level retail athlete recruitment
- High volume
- Very administrative in nature
